We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for anyone using our website, booking a class, purchasing a product, or working with us.

By using this website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — but please don’t use our site or services.

1. Who We Are

Thera H-Art Workshops is a creative wellness business based in Australia. We offer workshops, retreats, private sessions, creative kits, handmade goods, and digital resources that support personal growth and self-expression. Our services are available locally and internationally.

2. Using This Website

You agree to use our site and content respectfully and legally. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our materials without permission

• Attempt to hack, damage, or misuse our website

• Use our content for commercial purposes without a licence

All creative content, workshop methods, characters, writing, designs, images, and product ideas are the intellectual property of Thera H-Art unless otherwise noted.

3. Workshop Bookings & Attendance

When you book a class or session:

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if needed (you’ll be notified with options for a refund or transfer)

• If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll offer a full refund or credit

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be non-refundable due to prep costs and limited seats

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rebooking

4. Private Sessions

Our private sessions are creative, exploratory, and supportive in nature. While many clients find them healing and meaningful, they are not clinical therapy and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a different type of support would be more appropriate.

5. Products, Kits & Downloads

Physical Products

• All products are handmade or assembled with care

• Some items (e.g. critters, candles, resin works) are decorative and not intended for small children or heavy use

• Colours and patterns may vary slightly from images shown

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund

Craft Kits

• Kits include instructions and may involve tools or materials that require care or supervision

• By purchasing, you accept responsibility for safe use

Digital Products

• All downloads and online content are for personal use only

• You may not copy, share, or resell digital content without permission

6. Shipping & International Orders

We ship within Australia and to selected international locations.

• Shipping fees, delivery times, and any customs/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer

• Delivery estimates are approximate — we’re not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we can’t take responsibility for misdirected orders due to incorrect info

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Thera H-Art experience. If something’s not right, email us at therahartworkshops@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We generally offer:

• Refunds or store credit for faulty or damaged items

• Credit for cancelled workshops (as per booking policy above)

• No refunds for digital products once downloaded, unless faulty

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for kits or handmade goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we offer supportive, creative, and meaningful experiences, you agree to participate at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage during participation or use of our products

• Any emotional or physical outcome following sessions or classes

• Misuse of tools or materials provided in kits
